Delete Account

This page explains how members of the Enteyoes Gym app (published by GridForge Digital) and web member portal can permanently delete their account, and exactly what is deleted versus what we retain (anonymized).

This action is permanent

Deleting your account forfeits any active membership immediately, with no refund, and ends your gym access right away. This cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in to the member portal (web) or the Enteyoes Gym mobile app.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account.
  3. Tick the acknowledgement checkbox confirming you understand this is permanent.
  4. Confirm with the one-time code emailed to you.

Already logged in? Go directly to Delete account in the member portal.

What is deleted vs. kept

Deleted / anonymizedKept (anonymized, no longer linked to you)
  • Your identity — name, CNIC, date of birth, photo, emergency contact, address
  • Bank details
  • All other personal data
  • Login access — your account is permanently closed
  • Payment ledger amounts & dates — Retained, anonymized and no longer linked to you, for legal/accounting reasons for [RETENTION_PERIOD].
  • Attendance timestamps — Retained, anonymized and no longer linked to you.
