Enteyoes Gym (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard data when you use our gym management services, including our mobile app and member portal.
2. Information We Collect
- Full name, CNIC number, date of birth, and gender (for identity verification).
- Phone number (for account authentication via OTP).
- CNIC scan images (front and back, processed for OCR extraction only).
- Membership and payment records.
- Attendance and access logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Create and manage your gym membership.
- Verify your identity and process onboarding.
- Manage attendance and access control (RFID).
- Process and record membership payments.
- Send OTP authentication codes via SMS.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. CNIC images are discarded after OCR extraction.
4. Data Retention
Membership records are retained for the duration of your active membership and for up to 2 years after membership termination, as required by applicable regulations in Pakistan. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting gym administration.
5. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed credentials, and role-based access control to protect your personal information. Access to member data is restricted to authorized gym administrators only.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent to data processing.
7. Your Data Rights / How to Delete Your Data
You can request deletion of specific categories of your data — feedback & reviews, notification history, registered devices, saved onboarding drafts, and payment receipt images — at any time from the member portal or mobile app, under Settings → Privacy & data → Manage my data. Your account and active membership (including your identity, payment ledger, and attendance records) are retained while your membership is active. 7a. Delete Your Account
If you would rather close your Enteyoes Gym account entirely — rather than deleting specific data categories — you can permanently delete your account and forfeit any active membership from the member portal or mobile app, under Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account.
