Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a member of Enteyoes Gym and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all members, trainers, and users of the Enteyoes platform.
2. Membership
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- Valid CNIC-based identity verification is required for all members.
- Membership fees are payable in advance per the selected plan.
- Enteyoes Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these terms.
3. Payments and Refunds
All membership fees are collected in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment confirmation is subject to admin verification of proof of payment. Refund eligibility is at the discretion of gym management and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Member Conduct
Members agree to:
- Treat all gym staff, trainers, and fellow members with respect.
- Follow all gym rules and safety guidelines posted on-premises.
- Not engage in harassment, intimidation, or any form of misconduct.
- Use gym equipment responsibly and return it after use.
- Not share login credentials or RFID cards with others.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Enteyoes Gym is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on premises beyond what is covered by applicable Pakistani law. Members participate in gym activities at their own risk and are encouraged to consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program.
6. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from membership or use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Pakistani law.
